Road construction

Traffic on the street where we live is a bit more chaotic than usual today. After months of tearing up the entire road by hand, they are finally laying asphalt again. This means that the normal steady flow of bikes, cars, buses, scooters, and construction vehicles are now coming from both the east and the west and dodging each other on a (temporarily) one lane road. And don’t forget the pedestrians threading their way through the traffic jams! For the record, all this doesn’t mean that everyone is obeying the barricades and common sense. There are still bikes, scooters, and pedestrians dodging the steamrollers to make their way over the fresh asphalt.

It’s good to be back.
